How this LXR list works
LXR Hotels & Resorts is Hilton’s collection of independent luxury hotels, at the top of the portfolio alongside Waldorf Astoria and above Conrad. Each LXR keeps its own name and character, and all are bookable with Hilton Honors points, with around 20 properties worldwide.
For what the LXR badge means and who it suits, read LXR Hotels and Resorts: what Hilton’s luxury badge means.
Notable LXR properties:
- Arizona Biltmore (Phoenix)
- Cameo Beverly Hills
- Crockfords Las Vegas
- Zemi Beach House (Anguilla)
- ROKU Kyoto
- Mango House Seychelles
LXR Hotels & Resorts is Hilton’s luxury collection, a tier above Curio. There are 20 properties worldwide, only 7 of them in the United States, and the rest spread across the Caribbean, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Asia-Pacific. This page reviews every one, grouped by region, so you can see where Hilton points and Diamond status reach the high end.
The verdict
LXR is aspirational. Award nights run high, often 100,000 points or more, so the brand is less about points arbitrage and more about putting a Hilton balance toward a suite, a villa, or a resort you could not otherwise book with chain currency. The best all-around value is the Arizona Biltmore, a large US resort where award space actually opens. For a true splurge, the villa properties (Katara Hills Doha and Beach Village at The Del) are the top of the range.
How I ranked them
3 things drive the order: how well points and Diamond benefits work at the property, the quality of the rooms and dining after recent renovations, and the strength of the setting. Because LXR award rates are high across the board, I weight the experience and the setting more than the points-value math. Every property here was checked against its live Hilton page, and the brand code is OL for all of them except Crockfords Las Vegas, which books inside the Resorts World system.
The strongest LXR properties
Arizona Biltmore
The most attainable LXR on points and a genuine landmark. A 1929 Phoenix icon shaped by Frank Lloyd Wright, freshly renovated, with 7 pools and 7 dining outlets. Award nights from about 80,000 points, and as a large resort the award space actually opens.
Zemi Beach House
The only Caribbean LXR and the rare way to earn or spend Hilton points on Anguilla’s Shoal Bay East. Stone for dinner, the Rhum Room in a 300-year-old Thai teak house, and a winter redemption that can clear strong value.
ROKU Kyoto
A design-led resort in the quiet northern hills of Kyoto, with a natural hot spring pool, the TENJIN restaurant, and a tea house. The points case is strongest during cherry blossom and the autumn foliage.
Crockfords Las Vegas
The luxury tier atop Resorts World on the Strip, with a private lobby and the run of a full casino resort. Rates swing hard with the Vegas calendar, so points pay off most on convention and event weeks.
Cameo Beverly Hills
A modern design-forward boutique on the western edge of Beverly Hills with a rooftop pool. A strong Westside base; book it for the room and location.
Mango House Seychelles
An Indian Ocean retreat on a fashion photographer’s former estate, with plunge-pool suites and 4 dining venues. Aspirational, and a destination you could not otherwise reach on points.

LXR Hotels & Resorts: frequently asked questions
How many LXR hotels are there?
LXR Hotels & Resorts is a small collection of independent luxury hotels, and Hilton’s second-quarter 2026 results list 17 LXR properties as of June 30, 2026. They run from Zemi Beach House in Anguilla to Roku Kyoto in Japan. This page ranks every LXR property.
What is the difference between LXR hotels and Waldorf Astoria or Curio?
LXR sits between Curio Collection and Waldorf Astoria. Each LXR hotel keeps its own name and character, and the collection skews more exclusive and resort-focused than Curio.
Are LXR hotels a good use of Hilton Honors points?
Often yes. LXR cash rates run high, so award nights can return well above the roughly 0.5 cents per point Hilton baseline, especially in peak season at resort properties.
Do LXR hotels offer full Hilton Honors benefits?
Yes. LXR stays earn Hilton Honors points and base points, count toward elite status, and honor elite benefits such as breakfast and late checkout, subject to each hotel’s policy.
